Our multi-colour LED’s are from the leading LED manufacturer in the world, delivering superior performance with luminous efficancy, quality, and reliability for multi-colour LEDs.
All displays are programed on site in Australia. Displays are controlled by the latest microcomputer technology. This provides great feedback from data while also providing onboard testing and easy electronic maintenance.
Displays incorporate a light sensor for automatic adjustment of display brightness.
Our boards are significantly more visible for all to enjoy regardless of the weather!
Clients can choose between premium multi-colours or single colour displays for their selected scoreboard. Multi-colour displays can be changed to 10 different colours all from the scoreboard remote. These multi-colour LEDs allow for unlimited possibilities for personalising your board.

Our Southern Cross Scoreboards are designed and manufactured on site at our premises. We pride ourselves on adherence to strict Australian standards with minimal turnaround times. Our team of in-house sporting fanatics will produce a board to take your venue to new heights and beyond.
Built From Scratch
Our Southern Cross Scoreboards are fabricated on site. Starting with the construction of the aluminum enclosure we build to fit the size of your sporting needs.
Powder Coated
Boards are powder coated for durability to withstand the elements. The added bonus is the night sky black in a satin finish, looks fabulous!
Built In Protection!
Our display windows are made from a premium 4.5mm non-reflective polycarbonate, not 3mm like many of our competitors. This means our boards are vandal resistant and last the test of time.
Viewing Distances & Angles
LED displays are at their brightest when viewed “head on” and slowly decrease in brightness as the viewing angle increases.
Character Scoreboard Specifications
Southern Cross Scoreboards offers a variety of colours and sizing options to suit your venue needs. Each scoreboard includes the latest wireless technology for our scoreboard controllers to reach further than any sporting complex would ever need.
We are able to offer as an option for most scoreboard models a portable external 12V power supply including battery and charger unit. Alternatively we also offer scoreboards fully powered by solar panels.
